We have created this unique workshop style session especially for in-house design teams to help them create a smart and workable action plan to solve those daily challenges and frustrations.

This session will:

  • Enable your design team to identify the day-to-day challenges.
  • Give you a facilitated ideation session to identify the unique ways of solving you business specific design challenges.
  • Create a clear plan with SMART goals ready for your team to action as soon as you leave the room.

The training ends with a ‘Surgery Session’ which will allow time for the participants to apply their learnings to existing or past projects.

Who should attend:
This training session is ideal for in-house design teams of 10 or less.

Suitable for up to 10 participants.
