Emma Sexton
Founder and Creative Director, Make Your Words Work™
Emma has over 20 years strategic design experience working with brands such as American Express, Google, Red Bull, Cadbury’s, Pfizer and a proven track record of leading, building and transforming creative teams into profitable and highly respected design practices. Emma has an MA in Design Management from the London College of Communication, and is a qualified business coach. She is also a presenter on talkRADIO, winner of the Kantar Inspiration Award and the Future 100 Award, shortlisted for The Drum's Creative Woman of the Year and CreativePool's Top 100 'Influencer's of the year'.

Nick Reeves
Group Head of Brand Creative at Clarks
Nick studied at Somerset College of Arts & Technology before joining Clarks Shoes In House Design Team as a Junior Graphic Designer. 25 years later he heads up the Brand Creative Team at their HQ in Somerset. In the last few years and frequently in the face of competition from bigger names with much higher profiles, the team has won numerous creative awards. In the ultimate acknowledgement of the in-house team’s creativity and its effectiveness, Clarks recently took the decision to part company with external agencies, trusting instead all creative work to the internal team. Clarks also won the biggest 'Impact on the overall business' award at the MYWW™ In-House Awards 2016.

 

Isabel Sierra
Creative Director at Bloomberg
Isabel Sierra y Gómez de Léon is a creative director and photographer, among other things. Born and raised in sunny Seville, she moved to the UK in 2009 to study Communication Design and Photography at Central Saint Martins. After graduating, she joined the Music TV division at BBC Worldwide as a creative. After two happy years, she shifted gears to go work for Bloomberg Marketing Studio, where she currently works developing ideas that help dissect the complexities of Bloomberg’s technology, media and philanthropy initiatives. Outside of work, Isa continues exploring design etiquette for business, politics and faith with her own fine art practice. She has exhibited her work in exhibitions in London, Madrid and Berlin.

Mark Young
Founder and Managing Director of Academy Class
As the creative founder of Academy Class and sister companies Love Social Media and Iron Wolf Calling with facilities in London, Glasgow, Manchester and Lithuania, Mark strives for maximum results, supported by dedication, enthusiasm and commitment, for every professional who chooses their courses or services. Academy Class have supported the In-House Awards from the beginning, offering free training to the winners each year.

 

Ade Onilude
Founder & CEO Women in Marketing CIC
Ade is the founder and chief executive officer of the social enterprise, Women In Marketing (WIM), established to educate, inspire, connect, recognise and empower female marketers. In 2004, she launched, WIM’s first forum, in 2004 on International Women’s Day and in 2010, she created the first WIM Awards with a mission to promote, recognise and celebrate women’s achievements in leadership roles, who are making a difference in a profession that touches the public in millions of ways every day. Ade is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and prior to founding WIM, she joined the London board, as a volunteer. She became Chair of CIMCOM, the CIM marketing communications forum, working with industry bodies from advertising, public relations and design for six years.

 

Campbell Reid
Creative Head at Oliver Wyman
Campbell is the Creative Head on the design team at leading strategic consulting firm Oliver Wyman. He has more than 20 years’ design and project management experience across the corporate, government, and the charity and campaign sectors. Campbell has lead print and digital projects for companies in the banking, consumer goods, electronics, pharma and oil industries. While work is London-based, he enjoys life by the sea in Brighton. Though part of him wishes he were based in Spain…

 

Sarah Ellis-Jones
Team Lead at Vitamin T UK
Sarah has many years experience recruiting for the creative sector: Creative, UX and design from leadership and consultant roles, to Creative, Art and Design directors, creative teams, design at all levels including UX/service, UI, Interaction, Visual, Digital, Brand and Graphic. "I feel privileged everyday to see the exciting projects and great work that the clients and talent I work with produce. I've been placing great design talent for over 17 years and I know how passionately they believe in the work they do and its an honour to be part of the team recognising this for 2017."

 

Sam Blake
Delivery Manager at Aquent
Sam began his career within the creative industry before making the transition to recruitment. At Aquent/Vitamin T, he is responsible for the Talent Delivery team across both of the brands. His team recruit professionals into creative agencies, consultancies, SME’s, retail brands, tech companies to fortune 500 organisations across disciplines including creative, marketing, content, technology, user Experience and client /creative services. 

 

Deadline for entries: Friday 29th September 2017 and judging will commence until Friday 20th October 2017.

The In-House Awards will be held on Monday 6th November 2017.
