for leaders of in-house design teamS
1-2-1 Coaching Sessions
Leading an in-house design team means an organisation is relying on your skills, judgements, decisions - and they expect your team to continually ‘come up with the goods’.
But you don’t have to do it alone.
Our sessions combine coaching principles, mentoring and insights into other in-house design teams in our network to ensure you are heading in the right direction and can get the 'big thinking' advice you need.
What is Leadership Coaching?
Our coaching is not counselling or therapy but it is a private conversation where we will help you to develop your skills and abilities as the design team lead. Leadership coaching will enable you to establish the actions needed to get you from where you are to where you want to be. We will be able to identify some short/long term goals for you and the actions needed to move you closer to your longer term leadership vision
